We proudly present one of our new partners: WeProduceWeProduce is a company in Leende (Brabant) that gives clothes, accessories, and promotional gifts a personal look.
To support 4X4ELECTRIC they made beautiful polos and caps for our exhibition and to use during travel. We are very happy with this partner!
About WeProduce
The interesting thing is that WeProduce is also looking for ways to work more sustainably. Looking at the clothing industry there are quite some improvements possible:
- A lot of clothes are produced that are never worn.
- Because we are used to new clothes every season, we exchange them more quickly than needed.
- We have so many different fabrics, which makes it difficult to reuse materials.
- We are used to having different clothes for every events/situation.
It is possible to separate clothes and donate them. In the Netherlands, there is a special container for this, often located at a local supermarket. However, did you know that the companies that collect these clothes have no idea where to go with the amounts of cloth they receive? It is just too much…
WeProduce is looking for a circular textile, so that clothes that are not used anymore, can be used to make new pieces. That is why they are official dealer of StanleyStella. Do you have other ideas for them? Please let us know!
